Is Ready Or Not On PS5? Void Interactive’s tactical first-person shooter arrived for the PC in December 2023 following an Early Access period, offering an immersive campaign as players take on the role of a SWAT commander with the Los Suenos Police Department. With the game already gathering a lot of players, folk are wondering if there will be a Ready or Not PS5 release. Let’s find out!

Is Ready Or Not On PS5?

At the time of writing a Ready or Not PS5 release has not been confirmed, with the game only available to play on PC via Steam. However, back in August 2019, Void Interactive said that the game is not launching on consoles, but would like to bring the game to other formats in the future. That was obviously nearly five years ago now, but more recently, the FAQ on the game’s official site reads as follows:

Ready or Not will be a PC title on release. However, we are interested in releasing it on other platforms such as consoles in the future.

Right now it looks like there’s a chance for a PS5 version of Ready or Not at some point down the line, but nothing official has been announced.

What Is Ready Or Not?

Here’s the official blurb:

Ready or Not is an intense, tactical, first-person shooter that depicts a modern-day world in which SWAT police units are called to defuse hostile and confronting situations.

Take Command: The role of the Commander of the LSPD SWAT is to compose their team from a large roster with unique talents, give tactical orders, meticulously plan, and carry out missions. Commanders are obligated to conduct each mission with integrity and look after their team’s mental and physical health. Officers with unaddressed deteriorating mental status may be unable to properly perform their duties or even feel compelled to quit the force. Incapacitated officers may be temporarily unavailable for missions, with the tragic prospect of death leading to a permanent loss. For SWAT Commanders in unusual circumstances based on individual choices they opt for, deadly mistakes may lead to their own permanent fatality.
