Palworld's latest update, v.0.2.0.6, has added many new Technology items to the game, including a brand new Ore Mining Site. This is one of the best things you can unlock in the game, as it allows you to farm Ore easily at your base. In this article, we'll reveal how you can build and use an Ore Mining Site in Palworld.
How Can You Unlock an Ore Mining Site in Palworld?
The Ore Mining Site is available to unlock from the Technology Menu at Level 15. It will cost players 2 Ancient Technology Points to unlock. Another Ore Mining Site allows you to generate Ores in much larger quantities, but you’ll need to be at least Level 31 to unlock it. It will also cost you 3 Ancient Technology points to unlock.
If you’re still new to the game and underleveled, you can collect XP and points by catching Pals, exploring various dungeons, and taking down various Alpha Pals.
How Can You Build an Ore Mining Site in Palworld?
Just like all the structures in the game, you’ll need to gather all the materials before you can begin building an Ore Mining Site. For the standard Ore Mining Site, unlocked at Level 15, here’s what you’ll need to craft it -
X50 Stones
X25 Ingot
X20 Pladium Fragments.
The materials you’ll need for the Ore Mining Site II are the same, but you’ll need to collect a greater amount for each. Here’s what you’ll need for it -

X40 Paldium Fragments
Stones are probably one of the most accessible materials in the game. You can pick them up in the wild or use a pickaxe to mine bigger ones. To produce ingots, you'll need a Primitive Furnace. You can obtain Paldium Fragments by collecting glowing blue rocks.
How Can You Use an Ore Mining Site in Palworld?
You can use an Ore Mining Site by assigning your Pals to work on it. However, if you want the best results, they must have the appropriate level of Mining Suitability. Some of the best Pals you can use for the Mining Site are Astegon, Digtoise, Blazamut, and Anubis.
