Story

Game Story

In Dying Light, after the containment and vaccination of the Harran Virus, everything seems to be back at its rightful place. However, Dying Light 2 features a storyline where things fall off balance. After an outbreak and a subsequent series of mutations, the Hararn Virus breaks free again and begins to plague the human race. The survivors of this plague must work together to battle against the zombies that dominate their world. The decisions you make will determine your success, your race, or your doom.

Inspired by Dying Light 2, Dying Light: The Beast is a standalone adventure set in a completely different scenario. A lost forest called Castor Woods. Families used this area as a vacation before the zombies invaded their cities. Presently, the area is home to dangerous monsters like the Crane. It also hosts a massive parkour-friendly smattering of industrial compounds and a plaza occupied with raiders and plague vectors. Dying Light: The Beast is designed for players new to the series.

Gameplay

Gameplay

Unlike its predecessor, Dying Light 2 gives you more choices in missions. It allows you to make decisions that alter the rest of the storyline. When you team up with other survivors, you get trampolines and ziplines. Moreover, siding with the Peacekeepers gives you access to more traps and a semi-automatic crossbow. The game features a day and night cycle. In the daytime, the survivors and faction members dominate the space, while at night, the zombies come out to play. As you course through the city, you get to modify weapons, run and jump on walls, and sprint across pillars. You use binoculars to spot targets and your stamina to break through doors.

Dying Light: The Beast is a sequel to Dying Light 2. It features the same signature parkour movement, allowing you to see the world more easily. In this segment of the series Dying Light, you experience a more hands-on combat style than the conventional combat system. The fight style will help you deal with zombies and human enemies more easily.
