Netlfix has announced that its Devil May Cry anime series will debut on the subscription platform in April 2025.
You can check out a trailer below, which showcases Dante doing what he does best – slaying demons and looking damn cool while doing it.

Devil May Cry is based on Capcom’s multi-million selling demo-slaying action series and stars Johnny Yong Bosch as Dante, who takes over from the characters long-time English voice actor, Reuben Langdon. The series is being produced by Adi Shankar, Hideaki Itsuno, and Seung Wook Lee.
Capcom launched Devil May Cry for the PS2 back in 2001 and it spawned numerous sequels, with the most recent effort behind 2019’s Devil May Cry 5. It wasn’t always smooth sailing though; Devil May Cry 2 was poorly received, and the series was rebooted by Ninja Theory back in 2013 with DmC: Devil May Cry, which sadly didn’t get a follow-up despite being a fantastic game in its own right.
