8 months ago 88

Valorant Episode 7 Act 2 is just around the corner and there are a plethora of changes waiting to be rolled out. Firstly, Riot Games is rotating out Pearl and Fracture and is bringing back Breeze. There have been talks about the release of a potential new map based on Los Angeles also. Apart from these map-related news, fans are eagerly awaiting new skins and cosmetics to make their way into Valorant.

With every new Act, Riot Games usually treats the player base to a new cosmetic line and it seems like the pattern is likely to continue with Valorant Episode 7 Act 2. Several leaks have suggested the addition of a "Water Dragon" themed skin collection to the game.

Here's all we know so far about the Water Dragon-themed skin collection.

Valorant Water Dragon Skin Bundle: All We Know So Far

According to leaker ValorantUpdated on Twitter, a new skin bundle is on its way to Valorant with the roll out of Episode 7 Act 2 via a new patch on 29th August. The cosmetic collection is reportedly themed around Water Dragon and will predominantly feature shades of dark green.

For reference, the leaker had shared an image of Lagoon Dragon Kai’Sa, a 2021 skin that was released for champion Kai'Sa in League of Legends.

According to further leaks, the Water Dragon skin collection is rumored to feature the following guns:

  • Sheriff

  • Vandal

  • Judge

  • Operator

  • Melee

According to Twitter user VALORANTLeaksEN, another reliable leaker in the community, the melee will reportedly bear similarities to the Blade of Serket in the game. Therefore, players can expect another dual-wielding melee skin to add to their growing cosmetic collection.

With the recent Daydream collection having no special effects in-game, the player base is expecting the Water Dragon skinline to be trendy and eye-catchy. If the collection does feature new effects and sounds, players can expect the bundle to cost at least 7100 Valorant Points (VP).

If at all you are looking to get your hands on the individual guns or the melee, you might have to pay 1775 VP for individual skins and 3550 VP for the melee.

Notably, Valorant's ongoing Episode 7 Act 1 dropped on 27th June and there were some massive changes to agent progression and unlocking systems. Likewise, a new in-game currency called Kingdom Credits (KC) and the popular game mode Team Death Match (TDM) were also introduced.

However, according to the Battle Pass indicator in-game, Act 1 is expected to end on 29th August after a duration of 63 days. Soon after this ends, Act 2 will be rolled out immediately at the following times:

  • 22:00 BST (British Summer Time)

  • 17:00 ET (Eastern Time)

  • 14:00 PT (Pacific Time)
