Old competitive rivals, another new rivalry?

Esportzcraazy recently organized the New State Mobile Pro League Season 1 with some of the top teams from India competing in it.

An upcoming mobile esports tournament organizer from India called Esportzcraazy recently organized the New State Mobile Pro League Season 1 featuring some of the top teams from across the country.

This event took place from 14th to 25th February with a total prize pool of INR 50,000 ($604 USD) on the line. It started with the League Stage where 32 teams were split into four groups of eight teams each, dwindling down to just the top 16 facing each other in the Grand Finals.

Team Grind was the eventual champion of Esportzcraazy New State Mobile Pro League Season 1 with a total score of 224 points in the Grand Finals, including 97 placement and 127 finish points across a total of 25 matches.

Another New State Mobile tournament has concluded with Team Grind dominating the competition. This was probably their last match together as a team with Sohail “Hector” Shaikh having announced his departure from the title.

He made sure that the team ended its journey on a winning note, raising the trophy high while also securing INR 25,000 in prize money. As for his individual performance, Hector might have fallen short on bagging the MVP title but still managed to secure a total of 47 finishes, which equates to about 37% of all the frags taken by Team Grind.

GodLike Esports was one of the top runners in this tournament and despite a third-placed finish the team will not be too disappointed because it has been the most consistent New State Mobile team by far. The only cause for concern for it could be that a victory has eluded it for quite some time now.

One of its star talents, Reflexer (Rohan) was named as the MVP of this tournament for his insane individual effort which witnessed him take a total of 53 finishes, about 37.32% of all the finishes taken by GodLike Esports.

The total prize pool of INR 50,000 was divided between the winners as follows,

  • 1st - INR 25,000 - Team Grind

  • 2nd - INR 13,000 - Team VST

  • 3rd - INR 7,000 - GodLike Esports

  • MVP - INR 5,000 - Reflexer

Overall, the tournament witnessed some top-notch action with small incremental differences between the total points scored by the top six teams. The level of competition in New State Mobile is on a rapid incline and with more players and events popping up it seems to be resulting in a net positive growth for the entire region.
