Starfield's Shattered Space Expansion DLC Launches On Xbox This Fall

Starfield got off to a strong start on Xbox breaking all sorts of records for Bethesda and now the development team is looking ahead to the future with the upcoming Shattered Space Story Expansion.

During an appearance on the Kinda Funny Gamescast, Todd Howard has mentioned how the expansion DLC is expected to launch in Fall 2024. Before this, players can look forward to some big updates coming soon.

As highlighted by Klobrille on social media, this includes new display modes on console, new shipbuilding features, city maps, new gameplay and difficulty options, and some additional "surprises".

Howard also spoke about the new Starfield Creation Kit, which is already in the hands of some creators - with information about it to be shared soon. There's no release date, but it's really important to the team.
