Spike Chunsoft to publish MAGES.’ The Quintessential Quintuplets games in the west

Spike Chunsoft will release the MAGES.-developed The Quintessential Quintuplets visual novels The Quintessential Quintuplets: Memories of a Quintessential Summer and The Quintessential Quintuplets: Five Memories Spent With You in the west, artwork and screenshot leaks from PlayStation Store reveal.

The Quintessential Quintuplets: Memories of a Quintessential Summer first launched for PlayStation 4 and Switch on March 25, 2021 in Japan, and The Quintessential Quintuplets: Five Memories Spent With You followed on June 2, 2022. A third game, The Quintessential Quintuplets: Five Promises Made with Her, launched on September 7, 2023 in Japan.

The leaks, first flagged by Twitter user AniPlugMedia, come via the Japanese PlayStation Store pages for each game, which include English screenshots and artwork, with copyrights that mention publishing by Spike Chunsoft. Gematsu was able to verify and extract the images and artworks from the leak.

The former set of images also reveal Spike Chunsoft plans to release a “Double Pack” containing both titles.

At the moment, it is unclear whether Spike Chunsoft also plans to localize The Quintessential Quintuplets: Five Promises Made with Her or the unrelated compilation title The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story.
