Persona 5 Series Of Games Have Eclipsed 10 Million Sales Worldwide

Atlus WEST has announced on Twitter that worldwide sales of the Persona 5 series have surpassed 10 million units.

Here’s what the company had to say on the sales milestone:

The worldwide sales of the Persona 5 series have surpassed 10 million units! 🎉 To celebrate, check out this special thank-you illustration from Shigenori Soejima! Thank you so much to our players for your continued support.

Note that Atlus says the Persona 5 series, as the game encompasses numerous titles beyond the standard version of Persona 5. There’s Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5 Strikers, and Persona 5 Tactica.

Looking ahead, Atlus is working on next full entry in the series, although hasn’t revealed any concrete info on the game. However, according to leaker ImAHeroToo back in September this year, Persona 6 is not likely to see the light of day next year, and will be themed around black and white.
