Who is on the list of all the Palworld Pals? These friendly, or often unfriendly, little pals are pocket-sized monsters that can work alongside you to fight, gather food, construct, and more. Sound familiar?

Now that the Palworld release date is here, we know a bunch about these Palworld pals and have collated them into this Palworld Paldeck, as well as all of the essential information you need about the open-world game‘s inhabitants.

Lamball

Paldeck number: 001
Work suitability: Handiwork Lvl.1, Transporting Lvl.1, Farming Lvl.1
Drops: Wool, Lamball Mutton

Lamball is not just a cute ball of fluff. No, this sheep also has a penchant for building and enjoys helping in your construction tasks as well as transporting and farming. Lamball will roll into you if it sees you attacking another Lamball.

Lamball’s Fluffy Shield partner skill will equip it to you and shield you from attacks. Lamball will occasionally drop wool if it’s assigned to a ranch.

Cattiva

Drops: Red Berries

This feisty little pink feline is handy to know, as it can also help you to build. While in a team, Cattiva’s Cat Helper partner skill allows it to assist in carrying supplies, in turn increasing your maximum carrying capacity. It will run from anyone approaching until it runs out of stamina, where it will then taunt you into attacking.

Chikipi

Drops: Egg, Chikipi Poultry

This tiny chicken was previously called Chickegg, but the Pocketpair developer changed its name. It tends to gather in swarms and attack as a unit, making it more dangerous than first assumed. Its Paldeck entry claims it is “one of the weakest” Pals alongside Lamball, and will just keep appearing no matter how many are hunted.

Lifmunk

Drops: Berry Seeds, Low Grade Medical Supplies

Lifmunk is a small pale yellow and green Pal with red eyes and Grass elemental typing. Its weapon of choice is a submachine gun, and its partner skill enables it to jump onto your head where it will use the weapon to follow up your attacks. It can be used for planting, handiwork, gathering, lumbering, and medicine production.

Foxparks

Drops: Leather, Flame Organ

This fiery little creature is called Foxparks, and perhaps unsurprisingly resembles a tiny red, fluffy fox. It is of the Fire element and has flames on its legs and tail. It can use this fire to heat campfires and cooking pans.

Foxparks can use the Flamethrower attack to scorch hordes of enemies at once to great effect. Using its Huggy Fire partner skill it can also equip itself to the player to be used as a flamethrower.

Fuack

This tiny little blue duck has a dangerous partner skill in the form of Surfing Slam. Fuack will body surf toward the enemy and then slam into them. It slightly resembles a platypus, with the ability to help with watering, handiwork, and transporting tasks.

Sparkit

Drops: Electric Organ

Sparkit is a small black and yellow Pal, which uses its electric elemental typing to power generators. It’s another new addition that got its name from the Name This Pal event in the game’s Discord server. Described as “always on edge”, this Pal can pack quite a punch.

Sparkit’s Statis Electricity partner skill means it will increase the attack power of other Electric Pals when in a team.

Tanzee

Drops: Mushroom

This cute little green monkey may look innocent, but its partner skill, Cheery Rifle, enables you to mount it on your shoulder where it’ll wield an assault rifle to attack enemies.

It can be sweet and helpful too though, as it can sow seeds in your gardens to aid in productivity, as well as participate in handiwork, gathering, lumbering, and transporting work.

Rooby

Drops: Leather, Flame Organ

Rooby is a small, fawn-like Pal who can increase the attack power of its fellow Fire Pals when in a team by using its Tiny Spark partner skill. It is suitable for kindling work, which includes heating cooking pots and smelters.

Pengullet

Drops: Ice Organ, Pal Fluid

Pengullet is your new favorite little builder Pal. Pengullet can stack itself on top of its friends to pass equipment up during construction tasks and work in a factory line. Its partner skill is the Pengullet Cannon, during which it can equip a rocket launcher to you, and then use itself as the projectile, exploding on contact.

Penking

Drops: Ice Organ, Feathers of the Kappan

Penking is the big brother of Pengullet and looks more intimidating to boot. Like Pengullet, its body is primarily blue with a white face and collar. It also wears an old captain’s hat atop its head.

Its Brave Sailor partner skill means that Fire Pals will drop more items when defeated by it. It can also help around the base with watering, handiwork, mining, cooling, and transporting jobs.

Jolthog

Drops: Electric Organ

A tiny hedgehog-like creature with an electrifying punch, Jolthog can use its electricity to power generators. It also has Biribiri Bombs which, when activated, will equip Jolthog to the player to be used as a grenade thrown at enemies, causing a lightning explosion upon impact.

Jolthog Cryst

Drops: Ice Organ

Jolthog Cryst is a subspecies of Jolthog with Ice typing. Its partner ability, Cold Bomb, equips Jolthog Cryst to the player and, when thrown at the enemy, causes a huge icy explosion.

Gumoss

Drops: Berry Seeds, Leaves of the Naemochi Tree

Gumoss is a small slime-like Pal who will happily help you with your planting jobs around the base. Its Logging Assistance partner skill means it will improve the efficiency of cutting down trees while in a team. That means more wood production!

Vixy

Drops: Leather, Bone

Not much is known about Vixy, the tiny, adorable Pal with piercing green eyes. They say it releases a powerful pheromone that causes confusion, making it difficult for its opponents to make decisions. Vixy is also known as the idol of Palpagos Islands.

Vixy’s Dig Here! partner skill means that it will occasionally dig up items from the ground while assigned to the base. It’s also happy to help with gathering and farming tasks.

Hoocrates

Drops: Fiber, High Grade Technical Manual

Hoocrates is a wise-looking old bird, with a monochromatic color scheme. It has a wizard-like hat, confirming its wisdom! Its Dark Knowledge partner skill will increase the attack power of fellow Dark Pals when in a team. It can drop the High Grade Technical Manual which will gift free technical points to unlock other structures and weapons.

Teafant

Drops: Pal Fluid

Teafant is the first Pal in the Paldeck to have the ability to heal the player with its partner skill, Soothing Shower. It spouts water which soothes wounds and restores your HP – how helpful!

Teafant is happy to help with watering tasks around the base, too. This tiny, cream-colored elephant also vaguely resembles an adorable teapot.

Depresso

Paldeck number: 017

Drops: Venom Gland

Depresso is as Depresso does – this tiny, deep gray Pal’s partner skill is Caffeine Inoculation which, when activated, causes Depresso to chug energy drinks that drastically increase its movement speed, but only for a limited time. The community named it during the Name This Pal event in the developer’s Discord.

Cremis

Drops: Wool

Cremis is a little cloud-like dog Pal that can drop Wool when defeated. Its Fluffy Wool partner skill will increase the attack power of other Neutral Pals and can sometimes drop Wool in the base, too.

Daedream

Drops: Venom Gland, Small Pal Soul

Daedream is a very adorable little Dark Pal, with a purple aura surrounding it. Its partner skill, Dream Chaser, means it will always appear near you when in a team and follow up your attacks with magic bullets for additional damage and status effects. It is able to put Pals to sleep with its hypnotic curse.

Rushoar

Rushoar is a rideable Pal, and while being ridden can increase the efficiency of destroying boulders. It’s happy to help with Mining tasks around the base, and is often found in large groups.

Nox

Paldeck number: 021

Drops: Leather, Small Pal Soul

Nox is a cute little pale purple fennec, and wears a dark purple cloak. Its Kuudere partner skill will apply Dark damage to your attacks. It’s happy to help with gathering tasks and can be known to drop leather or small pal souls.

Fuddler

Fuddler is a small mole-like Pal. Its Ore Detector partner skill means it will generate subtle variations to detect nearby ore for mining. Unsurprisingly, it is happy to help with mining tasks. It’s also pleased to help with handiwork and transporting.

Killamari

Drops: Venom Gland

While we don’t know much about Killamari, its squid-like appearance suggests its name is a play on calamari, which is, you guessed it, squid.

Mau

Paldeck number: 024

Drops: Coin

This slinky little feline has Dark elemental typing and was named by the community during a Name This Pal event. It travels in packs and can unleash a devastating Dark elemental wave of damage, as well as a tracking orb. Its Gold Digger partner skill means that it will occasionally dig up Gold Coins from the base.

Mau Cryst

Drops: Ice Organ, Sapphire

This icy version of Mau is a subspecies that can drop Ice Organs and Sapphires instead of Gold Coins.

Celaray

Paldeck number: 025

Drops: Pal Fluid

Celaray looks like a ray, and it glides through the air alongside you. Its Zephyr Glider can summon the Pal to be used instead of a glider, meaning you can move quickly for long periods.

Direhowl

This Pal can sometimes invade your base amongst hostile Pals in random events. Its Direhowl Rider partner skill means it can be ridden, and it’s one of the fastest mounts in the game.

Tocotoco

Drops: Feathers of the Kuruttori, Gunpowder

This curious-looking bird Pal is brightly adorned in green, yellow, and pink, and has the interesting partner skill of an egg grenade launcher. Load its eggs into the grenade launcher and fire them at opponents to explode them instantly. Tocotoco can drop gunpowder which is essential in crafting advanced weapons.

Flopie

This adorable pink and white rabbit Pal has Grass elemental typing. It can travel by hovering through the air and throws seeds that explode like grenades. Despite preferring areas with a lot of vegetation, Flopie does struggle with hay fever.

Mozzarina

Mozzarina is an adorable little cow, with fangs. Its Milk Maker ability means it will occasionally produce Milk when assigned to your base. It’s happy to help with farming tasks and drops food-related items. But look how cute it is!

Bristla

Drops: Wheat Seeds, Lettuce Seeds

Bristla is a farming machine. This flower can increase the attack power of other Grass Pals with its Princess Gaze partner skill, but is also suitable for helping with planting, gathering, handiwork, medicine production, and transporting tasks around the base – a very useful flower indeed. A bonus is it can drop wheat and lettuce seeds for you to plant.

Gobfin

Drops: Pal Fluid

Gobfin is a strange-looking creature with large, webbed ears and a dorsal fin sticking from the top of its head. Dark blue and grey, it might blend into the water were it not for the bright yellow lightning bolts adorning its head and body.

Its Angry Shark ability means that when activated, it will attack a targeted enemy with a powerful aqua gun, as well as increasing the player’s attack power. It can help with building and crafting as well as watering plants and working in an assembly line. It is another of the Pals to have been named during the Name This Pal Discord event.

Gobfin Ignis

Drops: Flame Organ

Gobfin Ignis is a fire version of Gobfin, and its Angry Shark ability is modified to target the enemy with a powerful Spirit Fire attack. It can also drop Flame Organs instead of Pal Fluids.

Hangyu

Drops: Fiber

This unusual Pal has been seen to carry other pals in its long arms. They might be long, but they’re also strong, as they can rip apart iron with them. In times gone by, Hangyu were often used to humiliate criminals in public by ripping the skin from their bones.

Hangyu Cryst

We don’t know much about Hangyu Cryst yet, other than they are an ice version of Hangyu. We’ll update its entry when we know more.

Mossanda

Drops: Mushroom, Leather, Tomato Seeds

Mossanda resembles a large panda and wields dual rocket launchers as its preference. It has a mean right hook and can smash punches through your foes. Thankfully, it is not a carnivorous species. While mounted, it can rapidly fire a grenade launcher.

Mossanda Lux

Mossanda Lux is an electric version of Mossanda, which features bright yellow details instead of Mossanda’s trademark green. It is useful for generating electricity and taking part in handiwork, lumbering, and transporting tasks.

Woolipop

Drops: Cotton Candy, High Quality Pal Oil

Woolipop is a beautiful little pink sheep. Its Candy Pop partner skill means it will occasionally drop Cotton Candy when assigned to your base. It loves to help with farming tasks, too.

Caprity

Drops: Caprity Meat, Red Berries, Horn

Caprity is a green goat-like Pal with what appears to be a berry bush attached to it. It’s therefore no surprise that Caprity will drop Red Berries when killed, and its Berry Picker skill means it can drop Red Berries when assigned to a base, too.

Melpaca

This large, fluffy alpaca sports a fashionable set of pink boots and can be used as a rideable mount. It can stampede forward to damage enemies. Melpaca’s PecaPaca Wool skill means it can drop wool when it’s assigned to a base, and it loves to help with farming.

Eikthyrdeer

Eikthyrdeer is one of the more mysterious Pals that we’ve seen so far – it is known as the Guardian of the Forest and increases the efficiency of chopping down trees. It is a large cream-colored deep with huge purple and electric blue antlers atop its head. We do know that it can be ridden, and can perform a double jump when doing so.

Eikthyrdeer Terra

The only thing we know about Eikthyrdeer Terra is that it exists. It’s a version of Eikthyrdeer so we expect it to have similar abilities but different typing and drops.

Nitewing

Nitewing is a large bird, making it another of the Pals that we can both ride on the ground and fly through the air. It has a mean, disorienting screech and can also shoot damaging beams from its mouth. It has been known to carry newborn Pals to its nest and raise them as a surrogate parent, but as soon as the baby is of eating age, Nitewing will hunt it. Savage.

Ribbunny

If you were thinking that Palworld needs more cute, small, pink bunnies then Ribbunny will be your favorite Pal. Its partner ability, Skilled Fingers, increases the attack power of Neutral Pals in battle and the efficiency of Weapon Workbenches if it’s assigned to a base. It’s one of the only places we know of finding Beautiful Flowers in the game so far.

Incineram

The most intimidating of the Palworld pals shown so far, Incineram is a black and red creature with huge pointed ram horns and dual-elemental typing. He can be useful for repairing or constructing items. Don’t be fooled by his scary aesthetic, as he loves a good chin scratch, too! Incineram is another pal named by the Palworld community in a Name This Pal event. Its Partner Skill means it will attack a targeted enemy with a powerful Hellfire Claw.

Incineram Noct

Incineram Noct is a different version of Incineram, but we don’t know anything more about it yet.

Cinnamoth

Cinnamoth is, unsurprisingly, a moth-like Pal with orange and yellow wings. When its Mysterious Scales partner skill is activated, it will attack enemies with a poisonous fog to cause damage over time.

Arsox

Drops: Flame Organ, Horn

Arsox is a unique Pal, in that it can be ridden and will also keep you warm in cold environments when doing so thanks to its flame-engulfed body. It can stampede forward, using its ram-like horns to smash rocks or enemies.

Dumud

Drops: High Quality Pal Oil

Dumud is a strange, blob-like whalefish with Ground typing. It can increase the attack power of other Ground Pals by using its Soil Improver partner skill. It enjoys helping with watering, mining, and transportation jobs at the base.

Cawgnito

Drops: Venom Gland, Bone, Small Pal Soul

This mysterious bird does wear a hat and cloak that look suspiciously like the Grim Reaper. It appears to be able to quickly teleport short distances to throw off the enemy and can charge forward in a swirl of damaging Dark energy. Its Telepack skill means it will target an enemy with a Phantom Peck attack.

Leezpunk

Leezpunk is a rather startled-looking Pal, dressed in a black hoodie with its purple and yellow skin showing through. Leezpunk can direct other Pals to work, and its partner skill, Sixth Sense, allows it to detect nearby dungeons.

Leezpunk Ignis

Leezpunk Ignis is a Fire version of Leezpunk that can drop Flame Organs. It doesn’t appear to have any other changes other than typing and drops.

Loupmoon

Loupmoon is a black, white, and red large rabbit Pal, who enjoys helping out with crafting. Its sharp claws that gleam in the darkness will cause Loupmoon to attack with a powerful jumping claw. It loves to help with Handiwork tasks.

Galeclaw

Paldeck number: 047

Drops: Galeclaw Poultry, Leather

Never seen before, Galeclaw can stretch out its huge wingspan to provide a canopy for you to use as a hang glider. Its majestic coloring is reminiscent of the Bald Eagle, with added blue eyebrows! Its Paldeck entry suggests that it may drop you when tired though, leading to “many deaths by falling” – so be careful when jumping on for a ride.

Robinquill

Robinquill is a tall green Pal with a red cloak that can be mistaken for wings. Its Hawk Eye Partner Skill means that when fighting together, it will increase the damage you deal to enemy weak points. It prefers to use a short bow in combat and can help with building tasks. Its Robinquill Terra variant gives it Grass / Ground typing.

Gorirat

Drops: Leather, Bone

Gorirat is a mysterious pal. It has black and grey fur and large ears, not dissimilar to a monkey or primate. It is known to help with building, construction, and crafting. It enjoys a fruity treat and uses its energy to jump high in the air before stomping down to damage enemies. If you watch it carefully, you may spot it beating its chest before running away to complete a task or attack a foe. Its skill Full-power Gorilla Mode unleashes a primal fury that increases Gorirat’s attack power.

Beegarde

Beegarde is a hard worker, able to craft, build, lumber, and passively produce honey. Its Worker Bee partner skill will buff all of Elizabee’s stats when in a team together.

Elizabee

Drops: Honey, Elizabee’s Staff

Elizabee is also known as the Empress of the Hive and can be fought as a boss in the game before being captured. It is known as the ruler of Beegardes, and has a never-ending stream of servants waiting to work themselves to death for their queen. Defeating her as a boss will reward Elizabee’s Staff.

Grintale

Grintale’s alarmed expression might be concerning, but this pal loves to be ridden. It will enhance all Neutral attacks while mounted. Its eyes will light up like lamps whenever anyone enters its territory.

Swee

Drops: Wool

Swee is a small, unassuming little creature that can drop wool when defeated. More importantly, though, its partner skill Fluffy means that it buffs all of Sweepa’s stats when in a team together.

Sweepa

Drops: Wool

Sweepa can fight with Swee to great effect as its small minions buff its stats. When fighting together, the more Swee is in its team, the higher its stats will be buffed.

Univolt

Univolt, most excitingly, has the Swift Deity partner skill meaning it can be ridden. It presents as a pale teal horse-like creature with yellow, spiked mane and tail, and a large black lightning-bolt horn. Univolt can power generators, and its name is a portmanteau of unicorn and volt. It was named by the Palworld community during an event on the Pocketpair Discord server.

Foxcicle

Foxcicle is a mysterious white, pale blue, and mint green fox-like Pal. Its partner skill, Aurora Guide, means it will increase the attack power of Ice Pals when in a team. It’s useful for cooling purposes while in your base.

Pyrin

Pyrin can be ridden, which turns all of your attacks into flame attacks. Its Spirit Fire, Fire Blast, and Sand Blast attacks all devastate the enemy, and its ability to collect kindling will prove useful to your camp. It can also use its fire to light campfires and heat cooking pots.

Pyrin Noct

Pyrin Noct is a subspecies of Pyrin and appears as a black, purple, pink, and teal version of the rideable Pal. It burns mysterious dark matter as energy and expels the remaining particles from its body. Its Black Hare partner skill applies dark damage to your attacks while riding it.

Reindrix

Rayhound

Rayhound is exactly as it seems – an electrified dog-type Pal, with devastating Shockwave attacks that can stun foes. At full speed, it could be mistaken for a bolt of lightning, and if two Rayhounds crash into one another it is reminiscent of a thunderstorm. Rayhound can also use its electricity to power generators. It can be ridden and can double jump when mounted.

Kitsun

Kitsun is a fox-like creature with white fur and blue features, with an electric blue ring of fire acting like a mane around its neck. It can send devastating flame tornadoes around the battlefield to deal damage. It is known to be very anxious, fleeing into caves when it is spooked, and used to be seen as bad luck. Perhaps its most useful feature is its Clear Mind partner skill, which makes the rider unaffected by cold or heat when mounted.

Dazzi

Dazzi is a floating cloud, but don’t be fooled by its apparent squishiness. This Electric elemental type can use its Lady of Lightning partner skill to follow up your attacks with lightning bolts for further damage.

Dinossom

Dinossom is a green and pale green grass dragon who sports a very fetching pink floral hat. It can rapidly swing its tail to cause damage when threatened or in combat. Dinossom can be ridden and will enhance Grass-type attacks while mounted. It’s one of the few Pals that will drop wheat seeds occasionally when defeated. Dinossum Lux is an Electric / Dragon type variant of this Pal which can drop tomato seeds and will enhance Electric attacks with its Thunder Dragon partner skill.

Surfent

Surfent resides in the water, resembling a large, long eel-like Pal. It is said that no other Pal can match Surfent’s speed in the water, and it is often used by poachers to go surfing. Watch out for its devastating Aqua Blast attack. Surfent Terra is a Ground variant of this Pal.

Tombat is a very extravagantly dressed pal that can use ultrasonic waves to detect the location of Pals nearby using its partner skill, Ultrasonic Sensor. It helps out with gathering, mining, and transporting tasks around the base and has been known to drop leather and Small Pal Souls when defeated.

Lovander

Lovander shoots violent energy from its chest in defense. This pink-hued Pal can also cause rocks to rise rapidly from the earth, damaging anyone in its range. Lovander is known to always be “seeking a night of love” and had previously limited its targets to other Pals, recently taking a liking to humans, too. When fighting together, Lovander will grant both the player and itself the life steal effect which absorbs received damage and turns it into restored HP.

Flambelle

Flambelle is a tiny little Fire-type Pal that has a flame atop its head. Its Magma Tears partner skill can produce a Flame Organ when it is assigned to a base. It comes in handy with kindling, handiwork, transporting, and farming tasks at the base, making it a very useful little Pal indeed.

Vanwyrm

Wixen

Elphidran

Kelpsea

Azurobe

Azurobe appears to be a water dragon, with its long, tentacled body being streamlined for fast swimming. It has a white ribbon that will turn black if it’s doused with impure water, and has an exceptional skill for detecting poison. Its partner skill, Waterwing Dance, applies water damage to your attacks while you’re riding it. It is also more than happy to help you out watering your plants!

Cryolinx

Blazehowl

Blazehowl is a fire-type Pal resembling a large cat. It prefers raw meat but always ends up eating well-done meat due to the heat radiating from its claws. Blazehowl Noct is a Fire / Dark variant of this Pal, with the Darkflame Lion partner skill meaning Neutral Pals will drop more items when defeated.

Relaxaurus

Relaxaurus is the least threatening dragon ever seen. Its round, squishy, blue body is as pacifistic as they get, and its slightly dazed expression leaves nothing to fear. Relaxaurus can heat campfires and cooking pots, too. However, it can also cast water from its mouth, making it suitable for many battle types. The Relaxaurus Lux is a variant of this Pal created by breeding it with an Electric Pal.

Broncherry

Broncherry is a tall pink, green, and white rideable Pal. It seems to be able to emit a huge Grass-damage beam from its chest to injure foes. Broncherry Aqua is a dual Grass / Water type variant of this Pal.

Petallia

This dual elemental type Pal can be ridden, and when doing so it increases the efficiency of destroying and mining ore. It was formerly known as Reptigneo, but had a name change before the game was released. It’s huge and can be found as an alpha version in Palworld. If a lot of water is thrown on it, the water will rapidly heat up and cause a powerful vapor explosion. Reptyro Cryst is a dual Ice / Ground type Pal with the Ice-loving Beast partner skill.

Kingpaca

Kingpaca is truly the king of the ‘pacas. This fluffy Pal is adorned with regal apparel, including a crown. Its partner skill, King of Muscles, means that it can help to carry supplies when in a team, increasing your maximum carrying capacity. Kingpaca Cryst is an Ice-type variant of this Pal with the added potential of dropping Ice Organs.

Mammorest

Mammorest is no ordinary elephant-like creature. Donning a thicket of grass on its back and tusks which seem made of rocks, it is one with the nature around him. It can flail its trunk around before stomping to the ground, causing devastating damage to anything in its path.

Wumpo

Wumpo is a fluffy Ice-type Pal that resides in the mountains. Researchers once tried to shave off all of its hair to reveal its true form, but in the end, only hair was left – as if that’s all there was to begin with. Wumpo is the Guardian of the Snowy Mountain and can help to carry supplies, in turn increasing your maximum carrying capacity. Wumpo Botan is a Grass-type Variant of this Pal known as the Guardian of the Grassy Fields, and one of the only Pals known to drop lettuce seeds.

Warsect

Warsect is a huge, intimidating bug Pal with dangerous black pincers atop its head. It can break large rocks, and it’s helpful for mining. It can be found in the game as an Alpha Pal. Its Hard Armor skill increases the player’s defense and applies Fire damage to your attacks when fighting together.

Fenglope

Fenglope is a large, bright blue, rideable Pal that has the added ability to jump on air. It stampedes forward to damage enemies with its horns and can freeze itself as a defense mechanism. It has also been known to use its lethal horns to chop down trees and harvest materials. Its Winds and Clouds partner skill means it can double jump while mounted.

Felbat

Felbat is, perhaps unsurprisingly, a large bat-like Pal. It traps its prey with its cloak-like wings, and nobody truly knows what happens within them – but we do know the insides of its wings are stained red, for some ominous reason. Ironically, while fighting together Felbat will grant you and itself the Life Steal ability, which absorbs incoming damage and converts it into restorative HP.

Quivern

Quivern is a large white dragon with huge wings and ram-like antlers. Quivern can be ridden and will enhance Dragon attacks while mounted. It’ll also helpfully contribute to handiwork, gathering, mining, and transporting tasks at the base. It’s said that sleeping while cuddling one is a “heavenly” experience.

Blazamut

Blazamut is one of the most intimidating Pals based on appearance only. It has a large, rocky claw that it uses to swipe at its opponents. It’s said to have been born during a volcanic eruption, with some even claiming that the Palpagos Islands themselves rest on the back of a giant Blazamut. Its Magma Kaiser partner skill enhances Fire attacks while mounted.

Helzephyr

Astegon

Astegon is a savage beast, born of the abyss, according to its Paldeck entry. It can be ridden as a flying mount, even though its body mass seems to far outweigh the ability of its wings. It will increase damage dealt to ore while mounted, meaning it’s a very useful Pal for mining tasks. It’s one of the only Pals known to drop Pure Quartz, a very valuable crafting material.

Menasting

Menasting is a dual Dark / Ground type Pal, made of pure energy with entirely hollow insides. It is known to cram still-living prey into its body where it absorbs them, meaning hellish screams of pain can be heard emanating from its insides. Its Steel Scorpion partner skill enables it to increase the player’s defense, while Electric-type Pals also drop more items when defeated by its hands.

Anubis

Anubis is a name you might recognize, but you’re guaranteed to have never met this Egyptian Guardian before in your life. Sporting pointed ears and a traditional Egyptian Pharaoh cloth, Anubis can build as well as work on an assembly line. Its partner skill, Guardian God of the Desert, means that while fighting alongside it, the player’s attacks will be Ground elemental. Anubis can also occasionally dodge attacks by quickly side-stepping them during combat.

Jormuntide

Jormuntide is a large dragon that inhabits the waters of the Palpagos Islands. Legend says that Jormuntide was once a wise mine, but was wrongly convicted and cast into a whirlpool as his sentence before returning as this Pal to destroy his wrongdoers. Its Stormbringer Sea Dragon partner skill means it can be ridden on water, and will prevent stamina depletion while traveling.

Jormuntide Ignis

Jormuntide Ignis is a terrifying Fire-type variant of Jormuntide, and is one of the best Palworld Kindling Pals on Palpagos Island.

Suzaku

Suzaku is a Fire-type and can unleash devastating flame attacks. It was one believed to bring the dry season with its arrival, meaning that inhabitants of the islands would try to hunt it to cull its numbers and improve the next year’s harvest. Its Wings of Flame partner skill will increase the damage of Fire attacks while mounted. Suzaku Aqua is the Water-type variant of this Pal.

Grizzbolt

Grizzbolt is a toweringly tall electric yellow and black Pal, whose weapon of choice is a devastating minigun. It can be ridden by mounting its back, and it is able to help with building and crafting, as well as powering generators.

Lyleen

Lyleen is known to be very docile and watches over small Pals who have lost their parents. However, it can use a strong Solar Blast attack to discipline the naughty ones. Its Harvest Goddess partner skill will gently soothe and restore the player’s HP. Lyleen appears to strongly resemble the Pokémon Gardevoir and Lilligrant. Lyleen Noct, on the other hand, appears very elegant but less tolerable than the normal version of this Pal. It is more than happy to painfully slap those misbehaving. Some have been known to actively seek out this punishment.

Faleris

Faleris looks majestic as anything, with its huge wings adorned with tribal patterns and its yellow-crested mane standing out against its black features. It is an aerial mount, meaning the second Pal that we can fly through the skies. Faleris can be encountered in the game as a boss fight.

Paladius is a stalwart Pal that brandishes a shield and spear, which it can use to charge forwards while protecting itself. Its partner skill includes a buff to your base mount speed, and it also has the ability to triple jump while mounted.

Necromus is Paladius’ Dark-type counterparte, though it opts to wield two spears rather than a shield for an all-out offensive charge. Unlike Paladius, it can only double jump while mounted.

Frostallion

Frostallion is otherwise known as the Winter Caller, the guardian deity of Palpagos Island. Its mastery over the elements allows it to perform devastating Ice-type attacks in battle.

Frostallion Noct

Drops: Pure Quartz, Large Pal Soul

Frostallion Noct is the Dark-type variation to Frostallion. As the Night Caller, it harnesses the power of darkness alongside Frostallion’s singature Ice attacks.

Jetragon

Drops: Pure Quartz, Polymer, Carbon Fiber, Diamond

Jetragon is a large, rideable aerial mount with Dragon elemental typing. It can be found in the game as a Legendary Celestial dragon and spews dangerous Dragon missiles at foes. It is the only known Pal to drop Diamonds, making it incredibly sought after.
