Legends Rise is an upcoming cross-platform squad-based RPG built on Unreal Engine 5, coming to mobile and PC

Kabam has announced their upcoming game titled King Arthur: Legends Rise, letting players immerse themselves in the lore of this reimagined world in a squad-based RPG. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the turn-based title will land on both mobile and PC as revealed at The State of Unreal, marking the studio's move into platforms outside of mobile - and with cross-play functionality to boot.

In King Arthur: Legends Rise, players can look forward to a vast Arthurian world presented with top-notch quality as expected from the minds behind Marvel Contest of Champions and Disney Mirrorverse. There will be plenty of knights and mages to recruit as players venture out across Camelot, as well as medieval rogues to encounter and epic boss battles to take on. The game also boasts larger-than-life mythical monsters, as well as stunning 3D characters and animations.

Kabam has a rich history and proven track record of launching fun and enduring games on mobile - including Marvel Contest of Champions, Disney Mirrorverse, and Shop Titans - but as we look to the future, enabling our players to experience cross-platform progression and play is an essential part of what we want to offer our players. King Arthur: Legends Rise represents the first game for this new direction,” says SeungWon Lee, Chief Executive Officer at Kabam.

"We are thrilled that Kabam has chosen Unreal Engine 5 to build their great looking squad-based RPG for mobile and PC," says Tim Sweeney, Founder and CEO of Epic Games.
