Lidia Joins Tekken 8 as Season 1 DLC

As part of the Evo Japan 2024 announcements, Bandai Namco revealed the Tekken 8 Season 1 roadmap and Lidia Sobieska DLC. She will appear in Summer 2024.

Tekken 8 marks the second time Lidia appeared as DLC for theseries, as she debuted in Tekken 7 as an add-on. In that game, she was the Polish Prime Minister. It is unknown if she retains that role for this newest entry, as she only appeared briefly in the Season 1 trailer for the game.

Here’s the Season 1 trailer. Lidia shows up at the 2:10 mark, and she’s followed by the updated DLC roadmap for Tekken 8.

Here’s the Tekken 8 Season 1 roadmap. It began with a look at the four characters who will be joining. Eddy Gordo showed up first, with Lidia beside him. Two more will follow in Autumn and Winter 2024. The second image showed the free additions. The Battle Balance update arrives in Spring 2024, Summer 2024 will bring the Seaside Resort stage and a photo mode. In Autumn 2024, there’ll be a new story to go through. These will be followed by a mode that pits ghost data against each other and an online practice mode.
