Omega Esports’s star Gold Laner Grant "Kelra" Pillas made a bold statement regarding Blacklist Internastional’s Kiel "OHEB" Soriano and Lee "Owl" Gonzales. In a post-match press conference, the renowned Gold Laner shared how he does not need to prepare himself to face the Codebreakers’ two Gold Laners. Kelra is confident that he can win against either OHEB or Owl in the Gold Lane as he is certain Blacklist International’s Gold Laners will not have a significant impact in their matchup. While Kelra did not mention a name, he and OHEB have a long-standing rivalry which also sparked a debate amongst the Mobile Legends community on which of them deserves the title of the best in their roles.

Brimming with confidence, after winning against RSG PH in the first week of the MPL PH (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines) Season 12 regular season, Kelra shared his thoughts about their next match against Blacklist International.

According to the marksman specialist, his lane matchup should be easy as he is confident that he can win his own lane against Blacklist International,

“For me, I don’t need to prepare for the player who I will be facing because I know I can take him down,” stated Kelra.

Kelra did not mention a name in his statement. However, considering he has a long-running rivalry with Blacklist International’s OHEB, he may be referring to the Filipino Sniper himself. The Codebreakers have also signed Owl who is making a name for himself in recent tournaments.

He further explained that he is more concerned about Blacklist International’s Mid Laner.

“Maybe we’ll be preparing for their Mid Laner because we won’t be having problems in the Gold Lane as he won’t be making much of an impact,” he said.

The Codebreakers currently have three Mid Laners- Salic "Hadji" Imam, Russel "Eyon" Usi, and Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo. For now, only Hadji has played in recent matches in the MPL PH Season 12.

Kelra’s statement shall be put to the test soon as Omega Esports will face Blacklist International on 10th September at 6:30 PM (PHT). It will be interesting to see if fans will witness the long-awaited duel between the two esteemed Gold Laners Kelra and OHEB very soon.
