The Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) India Rising 2024 event has concluded with seasoned teams like iQOO Soul, Orangutan and Team Tamilas dominating the event. The seasoned squad of iQOO Soul was the most consistent team in the event and was crowned the champion.
The Upthrust Esports India Rising 2024 Finals saw 16 teams competing across three days for a prize pool of INR 5 Lakhs.
Upthrust Esports India Rising 2024 Grand Finals Overview
iQOO Soul was one of the most dominant teams in the event and put forth consistent performances across all 3 days of the Grand Finals to be crowned the champion. It placed at the top spot with 171 points and three chicken dinners. Orangutan dominated most days of the event but slipped to the second spot with 151 points and was unable to get a chicken dinner. Team Tamilas placed third with 129 points and three chicken dinners. Godlike Esports placed fourth with 128 points and two chicken dinners.
The upcoming squad of Hydra Esports also showed consistent performances and placed fifth with 119 points and 2 chicken dinners. Team Forever placed sixth by grabbing 112 points and two chicken dinners, 76 of which came via finishes. WSB Gaming placed at the seventh spot and got 110 points and 3 chicken dinners. Team 8Bit placed eighth by making a comeback and put forth consistent performances to grab 103 points but did not get a chicken dinner.

Overall the Upthrust Esports India Rising 2024 event was dominated by seasoned teams like iQOO Soul, Orangutan and Team XSpark. Some of the experienced teams like Godlike Esports and Team 8Bit also put forth consistent performances. A few experienced squads like WindGod Esports and Team XSpark were unable to show consistent performances and are placed in the second half of the points table.
