Here is how you can report a player in Minecraft.
How to report players in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition
Pause the game
Navigate to the player list and select the player you want to report
Click on the report button at the bottom
Add all of the details needed to report the player under the right categories
How to report players in Minecraft: Java Edition
Press P to open the player interaction menu or pause the game and choose ‘Player Reporting’
Find the player you want to report and select “Report Player”
You can also choose messages you want to flag and report
Choose the category under which you want to file the report and submit it
When to report a player in Minecraft?
There are situations where you should report players in Minecraft:
Cheating
Player Name or Gamertag
Unsporting behavior
Child sexual exploitation or abuse
Someone is talking about or otherwise promoting indecent behavior involving children.
Terrorism or violent extremism
Someone is talking about, promoting, or threatening acts of terrorism or violent extremism for political, religious, ideological, or other reasons.
Hate speech
Someone is attacking you or another player based on characteristics of their identity, like religion, race, or sexuality.
Imminent harm

Someone is shaming, attacking, or bullying you or someone else. This includes when someone is repeatedly trying to contact you or someone else without consent or posting private personal information about you or someone else without consent (“doxing”).
Defamation, impersonation, or false information
Someone is damaging someone else's reputation, pretending to be someone they're not, or sharing false information with the aim to exploit or mislead others.
Drugs or alcohol
Someone is encouraging others to partake in illegal drug related activities or encouraging underage drinking.
