Overwatch 2 has revealed the first look, abilities, and gameplay of the new support hero called Illari.
Players will be able to unlock Illari right away by purchasing the Overwatch 2 Season 6 Premium Battle Pass or Invasion Bundle.
Here is another way to obtain Illari right away without the need of purchasing either.
The Overwatch 2 community is hyped for the upcoming Season 6 Invasion which drops on 10th August. The developers have put in a lot of effort to make this the biggest update yet in the history of the game and only time will tell how it fairs for the title.
The new support hero, Illari will be one of the latest additions to Overwatch 2 and players are excited to try her out. The developers have already shared her first look, abilities, and gameplay as part of Season 6 Invasion's official trailer.
At the moment, the only thing that concerns everyone is how to get the hero immediately after the launch because unlocking her for free will require quite a bit of grind.
Well, you can always directly purchase the Overwatch 2 Season 6 Premium Battle Pass or Overwatch 2 Invasion Bundle. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a subscription service for gamers that includes all the benefits of Xbox Live Gold and EA Play. Apart from this, it provides new games for free, discounts on several titles, cross-play between console or PC, and in-game perks for multiple titles.
In a recent announcement, Xbox revealed that from 10th August onwards the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks will include the Overwatch 2 New Heroes Starter Pack.

Overwatch 2 expects a lot of new gamers to start playing the game with the launch of Season 6 Invasion as the title goes live on Steam, opening its doors to a lot more users in a bid to increase its playerbase.
So this partnership with Xbox could be a great way for the newcomers to catch up with everyone else in terms of available heroes, without specifically spending money on the game as the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offers a lot more outside of this title as well.
Overwatch 2 is already available across PC and consoles with cross-play enabled for non-competitive game modes, it will also be available across Battle.net and Steam soon, making it a very flexible title for gamers to tryout.
