Fnatic TQ Reptile Accidently Reveals Alt Account Named Hitler, Dropped by Fnatic

ADC player Reptile, in a virally shared clip, explained that he was looking for an account with a Draven skin. Upon opening the account for all the chatters to see, Reptile quickly realized that the in-game name was “HITLER199.” He immediately said,  “Oh- oh sh*t. That’s the wrong account. Oh, hell nah.”

While he quickly closed the client, it was very clear that the viewers saw his choice of name for the account. Following this, another League of Legends player named Scriptless volunteered to state that it was he who renamed the account. 

Scriptless said on Twitter, “I logged into his acc and renamed it like half a year ago without realizing what consequences this could have for him, it's a meme about this,” and shared a Twitch copypasta.

Fnatic was quick to take corrective measures after the clip of Reptile’s alternative account went viral on social media platforms including Twitter.

The organization said that Reptile is no longer a part of Fnatic TQ and that it has terminated his contract. It further wrote that the events that transpired on his stream do not represent the values of both Team Queso and Fnatic and that Reptile does not meet the “criteria of exemplarity that anyone who is part of either of the two entities must show at all times, both within and outside of the competition.” 

Meanwhile, Reptile took to Twitter to take responsibility for his actions. He said he made a “big mistake” by sharing the account in question with a friend. He added, “I am very sorry to my teammates, Fnatic, and all fans as you all don't deserve to be left without an ADC for the rest of the split.”

He noted that the name change of the account was done around half a year ago and that he was fully unaware that it was named like this. 

“It is obviously an unacceptable name, which explains why I logged in on stream as I didn't realize the name change, I even mentioned that I wanted a Draven skin in the clip, as the person I shared the account with is a Draven player,” Reptile said.

Reptile also announced that the donations he receives on his stream along with his salary will go to charity related to genocide. He will be streaming on Twitch at 3 pm CEST on 17th July.
