News on the Splinter Cell Remake is speculated to drop at the newly-confirmed Ubisoft Forward 2024, after Ubisoft’s Toronto office updated its Facebook header and profile picture. While this may not mean anything, it has got a lot of fans hopeful we may get more info on the project.

MauroNL on Twitter noted that Ubisoft Toronto made some adjustments to its cover picture and Facebook profile, which now displays Splinter Cell-related imagery. This came in wake of the announcement of Ubisoft Forward 2024.

News on Splinter Cell Remake hasn’t been exactly forthcoming since the game’s announcement, although last October a job listing at Ubisoft Toronto indicated that production on the project was ramping up. At the time, the studio was hiring for a number of roles including gameplay animator, narrative designer, and texture artist.

In November 2022, Chris Auty, the games creative director, said that the development team are hoping that players are able to complete the Splinter Cell Remake without killing a single enemy.
