Earth Defense Force 6 sales top 550,000

Total sales for Earth Defense Force 6 have surpassed 550,000 units worldwide, D3 Publisher and developer Sandlot announced.

Earth Defense Force 6 launched for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on August 25, 2022 in Japan, followed by March 14, 2024 in Asia, and for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on July 25, 2024 worldwide.

It was previously announced that Earth Defense Force 6 sold 300,000 units within its first week of release in Japan. This means that it has since sold an additional 250,000 units.
