EA Sports UFC 5 just released a series of live service updates meant to help enhance the player experience including a Leon Edwards Alter Ego, the first live service fighter drop, and a variety of gameplay adjustments. You can check out a trailer above and read below for more info:

EA SPORTS UFC 5 introduces a series of substantial live service updates to help enhance the player experience.

*Leon Edwards Alter Ego – Available for Free: Available until December 19, players can download and play as the Leon Edwards Alter Ego – Origins from UFC Fight Night 2015. Players can turn back the clock eight years ago to experience Leon Edwards from UFC Fight Night 2015, where the 12-fight unbeaten streak began. *UFC 5 Fighter Drop: Starting tomorrow, December 7, the first fighter drops of UFC 5‘s live service will be available for players worldwide. Players will soon be able to enter the Octagon as Flyweight Amir Albazi and Women’s Strawweight Xiaonan Yan.

*UFC 5 Gameplay Updates and Additional Content Blog: To continuously improve the player experience, UFC 5 will receive gameplay adjustments that are helped informed through community feedback. Arriving December 7 (estimated go-live time is 10 am PT / 1 pm ET) will be a patch delivered to UFC 5. Please refer to the comprehensive blog for more details linked HERE.
