DI 2 is the latest action RPG that will see us clear the streets of California from a zombie infestation. Dead Island 2 Release Times

Dead Island 2 is set to release at midnight across all regions and platforms. This even means that some Xbox users can even change their region to New Zealand in order to access the game earlier. For the developers Dambuster Studios, this little trick hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Already shaping up to be a good one

With reviews releasing this week for the title, it seems the game is shaping up to be a thrilling sequel. Set across a Californian setting, the game has been recommended as the perfect game for the summer. Who doesn’t love a summer filled with terrifying zombies?

As a result, the game is currently sitting at a 75 Metascore based on 67 critic reviews. Not bad for a hack-and-slash style game. 

For those who are yet to grab their copy, Dead Island 2 is releasing on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (via the Epic Games Store) on April 21.
