Concord’s Beta Is Now Live For PS Plus Members & Pre-Order Holders, PS5 Download Size Revealed

1 month ago 56

Concord’s new open beta is live for any PS Plus members and anyone who pre-ordered the game ahead of its coming August release date.

Developed by Firewalk Studios this is the first shooter from a first-party PlayStation Studios team in a long while. It’s a genre that we’ve not seen PlayStation have a first-party foot in since it stopped making Killzone games.

Technically Destiny 2 now counts as a first-party title but it was already a known quantity. This is something new, which makes its foray into the market a more interesting one to watch.

And speaking of that foray, this weekend’s beta will be the first chance a wide audience of players will have to get their hands on with the game and see if its something worth buying into or not.

Regarding how much of your SSD this beta will eat up, PlayStationSize on Twitter has the answer. 26.178 GB for the beta, which as previously stated can be accessed now if you have a PS Plus subscription of any kind or if you’ve already pre-ordered the game.

Anyone else who just wants to try it will have to wait until the full open beta on July 18, 2024.
