These groups, also known as clans, provide a platform for players to take socializing with each other to the next level.
How to create a Clan in BGMI?
Firstly, to create a clan, you need 50,000 BP in your BGMI account. BP coins are the free in-game currency that players can collect by just playing the game. Once you have enough you can follow the simple steps below to create your own clan.
Launch the BGMI game and let it load to the home screen (lobby).
Find the upward arrow located at the bottom right corner of your screen and tap on it.
A list will appear where you need to tap on ‘Clan’.

This will offer you three options - Clan List, Create Clan, and Rank.
Simply Click on Create Clan and fill in the Clan Name, and description, select the clan tag and change the profile icon.
Once the above-mentioned options are set, click on the ‘create a clan’ option.

How to join a Clan in BGMI?
In case you don’t have 50,000 BP at your disposal, you can join any recommended clan for absolutely free. Note that some clans might have level requirements set, for example only Level 10 or above players can join. If you meet the respective requirements, just follow the steps mentioned below to join a clan.
Launch the BGMI game and let it load to the home screen (lobby).

How to join a Friend’s Clan in BGMI?
You can simply ask your friend to go to your profile and tap on the ‘Invite’ option, or you can follow the simple steps below.

Follow the previously mentioned process to reach the Clan List tab.
Click on Recommended and a search bar will appear below that.
Search for your clan by typing the clan’s name in the box and clicking on request.
How to invite a friend to your clan?
Follow the previously mentioned process to enter the clan page.
Find the invite option at the extreme bottom left corner of the screen.
Once you tap on it, a list of eligible friends will appear from where you can request them to join the clan.
Ask your friend to check their in-game mailbox from where they can find the clan invitation mail.
Join your desired clan now and enjoy clan perks like crate coupons, coupon scrap, AG, paint, Radio, and more from the clan shop.
