Choosing a Division is one of your first steps as a Type Soul fighter. The choice can make or break the start of the journey, as some can be more challenging than others. Here’s the best Division to join in Type Soul. 

What is the best Division in Type Soul?

Division 12 is the best group to join in Type Soul, thanks to its accessible missions and superior EXP farming. Joining this Division will allow you to experience a rapid level-up, as the quests offer faster-paced events and less demanding foes. 

Having explored the remaining factions, I found that increasing EXP was challenging through other groups, primarily due to the more formidable enemies. Their Division Duties are also time-consuming, as you have to locate or defeat specific targets. In contrast, Division 12 presents a more efficient path, with only minimal travel. Since the 12th’s objectives can be completed from the home base, you can quickly reach Grade 2 by playing roughly 10 rounds of the Hollow Minigame (unlocks around Grade 3).

It’s crucial to note that the Grade 3 to Grade 2 level-up in Type Soul is directly linked to Division Duties EXP (different from the Mission Board). By leveraging Division 12, you can significantly reduce the time required to reach Grade 2. In my experience, I achieved this milestone in less than two hours, thereby enhancing my skillset with more powerful abilities.

While Division 12 may be the best for EXP Farming, it’s important to remember that other Divisions may hold more value for you, depending on your gameplay style. For instance, if you’re seeking a more challenging faction, Division 11, which requires eliminating other players, might be your ideal choice. No matter what, you can join and leave a group anytime to see which works best for you.
