Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is currently not available in India but it is possible that the game returns in the future. BGMI publisher KRAFTON is committed to getting the game unbanned and resuming services but only time will tell if it succeeds or not. If the game does return, it is likely to host an early access similar to its original launch period where players were able to download the game ahead of its official launch. Here’s how you can download the BGMI early access once it is available.

Players can sign up for the BGMI Early Access via the Play Store and App Store and will be able to download it through those links safely. We will update the official links here if the game is announced for a return and you can register to be among the first to play the game.
The early access might also be available for download during the early access period even if you do not officially get access to it.
If you successfully download the APK from a third-party site all you need to do is launch the file and it should install the game. If your phone or tablet blocks you from installing it, you need to do the following:
Navigate to Setting > Security.
Check the option “Unknown sources“.
Tap OK on the prompt message.
Select “Trust“.
Installing APKs from third-party websites can be dangerous and you should download them from trusted sources only. There are also plenty of APKs that come with cheats or malicious code so you should be very careful.
When will BGMI be unbanned in India?
BGMI is officially banned in the country but players can download the BGMI APK to play the game. It is unknown how long Krafton will keep the game servers up but you can still play the game. All in-game purchases are blocked so you will not be able to spend money on the game.
