Baldur’s Gate 3 Cast Set To Take Part In A One-Shot D&D Session This Friday

The main cast of Baldur’s Gate 3 will be taking part in a one-shot D&D session later this week. The news comes after the cast were recently spotted together.

After the Baldur’s Gate 3 cast were spotted together last week courtesy of a Tweet posted by voice actor Devora Wilde (who plays Lae’zel in the game), rumours started circulating as to what they could be up to. 

Now the mystery has been solved thanks to the news that they will be taking part in a one-shot D&D campaign with High Rollers.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Cast Vs D&D

Yesterday saw High Rollers announce they had teamed up with Larian Studios to bring the cast together ahead of Friday’s livestream. 

The event will be taking place this Friday, September 22 at 7PM BST/2PM PDT. 

The announcement was made via a quick video that showed the main BG3 cast assembled to reveal who they will be playing during the D&D session. Spoilers, they’ll be playing their characters. 

This means we will see Jennifer English as Shadowheart, Neil Newbon as Astarion, Samantha Béart as Karlach, Devora Wilde as Lae’zel, Tim Downie as Gale, Theo Solomon as Wyll and Amelia Tyler as The Narrator.

Running the session as Dungeon Master will be High Roller’s very own Mark Hulmes.

How To Watch

Although the session has already been pre-recorded, it will go live on the High Rollers Twitch channel on September 22 at 7PM BST / 2PM EST / 8PM CEST.

If you’re unable to watch live, you can catch up via the channel’s Apple and Spotify podcasts. 

So if you wish to see how much the actors have embodied their respective characters, you will now have the perfect opportunity to do so. We may even get to see Neil Newbon’s newly inherited Astarion giggle.
