Null Games has announced the official launch of Athena Crisis, the studio's "XCOM meets Advance Wars" strategy title on multiple platforms. This modern take on a retro-inspired title offers tactical turn-based combat across varied locales, where you'll take the lead from among dozens of units to turn the tide of battle in your favour. 

To get your hands on Athena Crisis, you'll only have to make a one-time purchase that will let you play across multiple platforms on PC, Steam Deck, iOS and Android. You can try your hand at the single-player campaign, or test your might and mettle against others in the ranked and casual online multiplayer modes. 

And if you're feeling a little bit more creative, you can even craft your own maps with the campaign editor, then share your masterpiece with your best buds across a thriving community of user-generated content.
