Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 3 Split 2 Playoffs will kick off on 13th July with $1 Million USD up for grabs.
Teams will also be awarded Playoffs points which will count towards the ALGS Year 3 Championship.
The Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 3 Split 2 Playoffs returns to London’s Copper Box Arena on 13-16th July. The world’s top 40 Apex Legends squads will compete for their share of the $1 Million USD pool and valuable Playoffs points on the road to the ALGS Year 3 Championship. In addition to top-tier Apex Legends gameplay, the competition will feature a revamped fan experience, offering more ways than ever for attendees to connect with their favorite Apex Legends squads.
ALGS Year 3 Split 2 Playoffs Overview
“The Year 3 Split 2 Pro League had the most watch time thus far of any ALGS Pro League Split, and we’re carrying that momentum into our high-stakes Split 2 Playoffs,” said John Nelson, Sr. Director and Commissioner, Apex Legends Esports at EA. “As London continues to grow into a global sports, gaming, and entertainment hub, we're looking forward to returning to the city and bringing even more opportunities for fans to cheer on their favorite squads, engage with esports organizations, and celebrate ALGS fandom together.”
For the first time, all matches will be held on the Main Stage so attendees don’t miss a second of the action. Between matches, fans can visit new team booths to purchase merchandise and connect with esports organizations on-site, including TSM, DarkZero, Alliance, Luminosity, and JLINGZ. Alongside new limited-edition Split 2 Playoffs merchandise, ALGS-branded giveaways for all attendees, and meet-and-greets with top competitors and talent, ALGS sponsors will host activities for fans.
ALGS Year 3 Split 2 Schedule
The upcoming Year 3 Split 2 Playoffs will follow a familiar format to previous ALGS competitions, including Group Stage play, a double-elimination bracket, and Match Point finals. The tournament schedule is as follows:
