The Winter and Spring Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Tours have come to an end and the Summer Tour 2023 has begun.

The Summer Tour 2023 and the subsequent Bali Major 2023 will be crucial for teams to solidify their positions to qualify for The International (TI) 12.

18 of the best teams from around the world will participate in The International 2023, where 12 will be directly invited through DPC points and the remaining 6 from regional qualifiers from each region.

The Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) has reached a crucial phase as the Winter and Spring Tours have concluded, shaping the race for qualifications to The International 12 (TI12). Gaimin Gladiators emerged as the champion in the respective Majors, showcasing its exceptional skills, while Team Liquid secured its position with an impressive accumulation of DPC points. Teams from various regions have strategically amassed DPC points, positioning themselves favorably to secure a spot in the prestigious TI12. As the final Summer tour of the DPC commences, teams are eagerly striving for standout performances in their respective regions, aiming to secure valuable DPC points and earn qualifications for the Bali Major 2023, ultimately securing a spot at TI12.

Team Liquid Secures Direct Qualification

At the time of writing this article, Team Liquid stands as the sole team to have directly qualified for The International 12 based on its accumulated DPC points. Team Liquid's consistent performances throughout the Winter and Spring Tours have propelled it to the forefront of the competitive scene. Notably, Western European teams have demonstrated their prowess in international Dota 2 competitions, with the Top 3 teams of TI11 hailing from the region.
