For players who are not good at evading attacks, having a Zhongli will definitely be a huge help in any in-game content.

Given that most characters depend on using their Elemental Burst as much as possible, Raiden Shogun stands out as one of the game's strongest team batteries. Her ability to provide a ton of energy particles for the party on top of providing an Elemental Burst damage amplifier cements her as one of the all-time best characters in Genshin Impact, no matter how the meta evolves.

Ganyu has been in the game for quite some time. Despite being one of the earliest characters to be released, she still remains one of the most flexible characters. There’s more to Kazuha than just Swirl application and Elemental Mastery amplifier. His Elemental Skill pulls in enemies, allowing your character to easily burst down an area full of enemies. Considering the Anemo element is one of the best damage amplifiers in the game, players who have Kazuha will not struggle in future updates no matter how the meta shifts.

Xingqiu
While a lot of 4-star characters are considered powerful through their constellations, Xingqiu outranks most of them, especially at C6. Not only does he provide consistent Hydro application but his Elemental skill can also provide a slight damage reduction and healing. Considering he is only a 4-star character, obtaining constellations will be much easier and cheaper than Yelan who is the 5-star equivalent of Xingqiu.
