During a post-match winner's interview in DreamLeague S20, Talon's carry player, Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon expressed his confidence in Morphling.

According to 23savage, he is the top player on Morphling and explained why the hero is one of his go-to options in the current patch.

Talon is currently participating in DreamLeague S20 group stage 2 and has a decent chance of qualifying for the playoffs.

Despite the setback of Talon Esports failing to qualify for the Bali Major 2023 during Tour 3 of the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2023, the team has come back in shape in the DreamLeague Season 20. In the event's group stage, the team is vying for a playoff spot and has solidified its chances with a massive victory over table toppers BetBoom Team. During the post-match interview, Talon's carry player, Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon, who provided a game-winning performance on the third map on Morphling, expressed his confidence in the hero. In 23savage's opinion, he is the best player on Morphling, also highlighting why the hero is one of his go-to choices in this patch.

23savage expresses confidence in his proficiency in Morphling

Following a must-win 2-1 victory over BetBoom, 23savage engaged in a light-hearted interview with the DreamLeague panel, sharing his opinion on the players who excel at Morphling and how the hero's Aghanim's Scepter upgrade has played a significant role in its success during the ongoing patch.

“I think I am the best Morphling. I don’t know. Maybe Nightfall. Nightfall is pretty good…I think the Aghs is just broken. You know, you can outcarry every carry in the game except illusions but I think the Aghs is really broken when you five man.”

Morphling's Aghanim Scepter, revised in patch 7.33, allows the hero to steal 20% more stats from Universal heroes in addition to gaining several of the opponent hero's talents. As such, Morphling is an excellent hero to counter Universal heroes, who have proven to be fairly powerful in recent weeks.

Along with Morphling, 23savage noted that he enjoys playing Faceless Void this patch.

As the Thai player plays the safelane, he also has certain preferences when it comes to his position five hero in the current patch and how his support hero should play.

“Undying. Undying is truly the most broken hero in the lane. The five who can 1v2 so I can just play my game, just see it,” he said, preferring this type of support playstyle over the other popular one, in which teaming up and going aggressive to find kills against the opponent offlane is the norm.

Showcasing his proficiency in these carry heroes, 23savage will be aiming to lead his team into the DreamLeague playoffs by winning the final series of group stage 2 against Team Spirit on 23rd June 2023.
