The Metal Gear franchise stands as one of the most iconic and influential of all time, largely thanks to its indulgent storylines and original gameplay mechanics from series creator Hideo Kojima. It's been a long time coming, but now that Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 is out on Switch, Nintendo fans new and old have access to several titles from the Metal Gear franchise.
