Until Dawn movie director David F Sandberg has revealed in a post on Instagram that the project has wrapped principle photography in Budapest, Hungary.
The movie adaptation of Supermassive Games’ 2015 PS4 horror title starting shooting in August, and is pencilled in for a release in October of next year. The Until Dawn movie feature a scripted penned by Gary Dauberman, who also serves as producer, and features Maia Mitchell, Belmont Cameli, and Peter Stormare among its cast.
Interestingly, Stormare will be reprising his role as Dr. Hill from the video game, and appears to be the only cast member returning for the movie adaptation.

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Sandberg commented:
I’ve been longing to do horror again after Lights Out and Annabelle: Creation, and this film explores the many great subgenres of horror to create the most terrifying experience possible.
