2 weeks ago 56

The South Korean ratings board has posted up a listing for Siren The Four Souls, otherwise known as Forbidden Siren 2, which suggests the game is heading to PS5 & PS4 via a PS Plus Premium release.

That’s about all we know right now, although typically these type of ratings are usually accurate in predicting future PS Plus releases.

Developed by Project Siren, which was a team within Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio, Forbidden Siren 2 launched in 2006 in Japan and the UK, having never received a release in the US. The game is a follow up to the original Siren, and follow as group of characters who are trapped on Yamijima Island, off the coast of mainland Japan.

Forbidden Siren takes place in 2005, where a group of passengers on board ferry are stranded on the island after the vessel capsizes, and are later joined by soldiers who crash land on the island. The game follows the survivors out of chronological order, and once again utilises the sightjacking feature from the original Siren to allow players to see the action from the perspective of your enemies.
