PS5 Controller Won’t Connect To PS5 – How To Fix DualSense Connecting Issues
If your PS5 controller is not connecting properly, there are a number of things you can do to fix the problem.
- Try synching the PS5 DualSense again by connecting it to your console using a USB cable and then press the PS Button.
- Remove any accessories that are connected to your DualSense, including headphone or headsets.
- The PS5 may need updating, so make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your console.
- You can try a soft reset on your DualSense by turning off the console (hold down the power button) or use another pad to turn it off via system settings.
- If all else fails, you may need to perform a factor reset. To do this, get a straightened paperclip (or other appropriate object) and locate the Reset button on the back of the PS5 DualSense in the small hole — gently push this button to reset your pad.
