Go trick-or-treating even while asleep
- Expect more Ghost-type Pokemon to pop up
- Pikachu (Halloween) and Mimikyu join the fray
- Get more candies for a limited time
The Pokemon Company is inviting you to celebrate Halloween this month even while you're getting those Zs in, as Pokemon Sleep welcomes more Ghost-type Pokemon with a higher appearance rate within the game. If you're lucky, you might even encounter a special Pikachu who's ready to go trick-or-treating in an adorable Halloween hat.
In the latest update to Pokemon Sleep, you can look forward to nabbing Handy Candy S from limited-time quests, as well as grabbing twice the number of candies from your valuable sleep research. From October 28th to November 3rd, you can expect a boosted rate-up chance for Pikachu (Halloween) and Mimikyu, as well as a greater appearance rate for Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Shuppet, Banette, Drifloon, Drifblim, and Skeledirge.
Keep in mind that you can use Mimikyu Incense to encounter Mimikyu: Dozing at Greengrass Isle and the Old Gold Power Plant. Meanwhile, you can use Pikachu (Halloween) Incense to research this adorable cutie's sleep styles, which you can acquire by clearing limited-time missions during the event.
Finally, on Halloween itself and on the final day of the event, you can nab thrice the number of candies during your first sleep research of the day.
