It's been a big year for Monster Hunter so far, what with the release of Outlands and the upcoming launch of Monster Hunter Wilds right around the corner. But all that being said we can't forget Niantic's surprise hit Monster Hunter Now; especially with another upcoming season right around the corner! And wouldn't you believe it? We've also got some great new details on this upcoming season, The Blossoming Blade!

First off, what you all want to know about is new monsters. Season five sees the debut of fan-favourite Glavenus and Arzuros. There's also new layered equipment with the stylish and distinguished Cosmopolitan, streetwise Denim and monster motif cosmetics (to go with new armour sets derived from slaying these newly-arrived monsters of course).

We're also going to see plenty of balance adjustments coming in this update which will alter combat to grant you better control. There's also the debut of the newest part of the Monster Hunter Wilds collab! Arriving on the 28th this will precede the newest season but brings another monster with Chatacabra and collab Hope weapons.

Suffice it to say season five of Monster Hunter Now is absolutely jam-packed, and we've only been scratching the surface of what's arriving! Little surprise there's more of the collab on the cards but the addition of even more monsters, and requisite equipment to go with them I'm sure is very exciting.
