The Max Payne 1 & 2 Remake project is making ‘steady progress’ as it continues full production at Remedy, the company announced overnight in its financial results for the quarter ended December 2024.

Max Payne 1&2 Remake is making steady progress in full production. The development progress is heading towards key development objectives together with the game’s publisher Rockstar Games.

Max Payne 1 & 2 Remake entered full production during the second quarter of 2024, with Remedy previously revealing that the project has a similar budget to Alan Wake 2. No release date has been set yet, but since the remakes haven’t been in production for more than a year at this point, it’ll be a while before Remedy is able to pin a date on the remakes.
