Honkai Impact 3rd welcomes Lone Planetfarer, login bonuses and more in upcoming v7.8 update

HoYoverse is gearing up for the launch of its v7.8 update for Honkai Impact 3rd, welcoming Vita's battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer, to the fray along with plenty of other in-game goodies. Dubbed [Planetary Rewind], the latest patch will kick things off on October 17th with the Ten Shus War as well, so you'd best get your combat skills ready.

In the upcoming patch for Honkai Impact 3rd, you can look forward to experiencing the MECH-type Lone Planetfarer - this Lightning DMG dealer lets you switch between two forms (Lone Traveler form and Planet Quaker form) depending on your strategy. Additionally, the Herrscher of Finality's recommended Divine Key Waxing Moon and PRI-ARM Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience will be joining the fight too, along with a fresh narrative.

In particular, the "The First and Last War" storyline follows Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie across time in an ancient Langqiu. Once you clear the main story content, you can get your hands on Crystals, Seele's event stigma, Source Prisms, and a Weapon Option.

Of course, no update would be complete without a login event, where Equipment Supply Card x10 and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon x1 are up for grabs among other rewards. All these are simply scratching the surface of what's up ahead, including an upcoming Honkai Impact 3rd x Honkai: Star Rail crossover on November 28th.
