Until Dawn Movie Trailer Will Release Soon, According to Insider

The whistling winds of Blackwood Mountain could be gearing up to conjure a storm on silver screens ahead of Until Dawn’s movie debut this coming April.

According to a recent memento left out by Discussing Film, the first trailer for the upcoming movie adaptation of the beloved choice-based horror game has been rated, and is now officially ready for public distribution. Well, it’s ready — but only when Sony decided to let the footage slip through the next and onto the screen. As for when we’ll be seeing more of the movie is another question. However, from the sounds of it, Sony could be preparing to tease the formal release date and more details on the film over the next few weeks. And let’s face it, with the launch window gradually shrinking, it’s highly likely that the production firm would choose to reveal its inner workings sooner than later.

Up until this point in time, Sony hasn’t made a lot of fuss over the Until Dawn movie. Granted, the studio has made it clear that the film will feature a whole separate storyline and several unfamiliar characters. Aside from that, though, the best-kept secrets have yet to see the light of day, which leads us to believe that Sony could be preparing for a pre-Q2 teaser ahead of the official debut. Of course, this could be wishful thinking, but with Discussing Film adding a generous amount of concrete data to the pot, we’re feeling a lot more confident that Until Dawn will soon receive the tender love and care it so rightfully deserves. Here’s hoping, anyway.
