Uncharted Waters Origin releases new Holiday Event to close out the year

• Holiday Event will be available until January 21st

Line Games is wrapping up the year with a special Holiday Event in Uncharted Waters Origin, bringing an array of rewards and updates to enhance your seafaring journey. Running until January 21st, 2025, the event features daily login bonuses, limited-time quests, and exclusive seasonal gear.

Logging in during the Holiday Event in Uncharted Waters Origin grants you rewards over two weeks, including the Santa’s Gift buff, which lasts for 28 days, and a Premium Holiday Gift packed with valuable items like Blue Gems, Mate Tickets, and Fortifiers. 

By completing special scenario quests, you’ll earn Holiday Candy Canes, which can be traded for exclusive rewards such as the Candy Cane Rapier, Diamond Astrolabe, and Massive Keel. These items are only available through the event shop, so make sure you get your hands on them in time to upgrade your fleet and gear. 

The update also introduces fresh talents to your crew. First up, Sophie Rosaline Vidocq and Beatrice Elena are the two new S Grade Mates, followed by inn employees Malinalli and Ulloriaq. The latter two can be recruited as S Grade Mates once you reach maximum friendship with them.

If you're focused on trade, the Booming feature has been upgraded to deliver even greater profits. This mechanic, which increases the price of goods in random cities, now allows up to three booming events per day at specific times. During these windows, the price of certain trade goods can surge by as much as 10,000%, offering an opportunity to maximise your earnings if you time it right.
