  • The Runescape Harvest Hollow event is here
  • Lasting three weeks, it debuts a new hub area and plenty of creepy content
  • And take part in the new season quest Field of Screams

Well, I think it's fair to say that we're well and truly getting into the Halloween season now. It's a strange one considering over here in the UK, Halloween is barely noticed. But clearly, the folks at Jagex know that countries the world over are big lovers of the power of fright, as their latest event in Runescape, Harvest Hollow Halloween, is set to debut.

Field of Screams will see you working for the four captains of the horsemen clan (no prizes for guessing what their names are) in order to frighten familiar faces around Gielinor. But that's not all, because the new Harvest Hollow hub (try saying that three times fast) will also feature plenty of spooky scenery and activities to try out.

Whether that's digging for artifacts to gain archaeology XP, stealing from crypts for thievery XP or handing in bones to gain prayer XP, the rewards aren't just cosmetic in this new area. But that's not all, you'll just have to jump in and check it out for yourself to find out more, or check out the dev diary below!
