Three beloved companions from Baldur's Gate 3 are getting official Funko Pop figures later this year. You'll be able to add the High Elf vampire Astarion, Half-Elf cleric Shadowheart, and the lovable Tiefling barbarian Karlach to your collection this December. As usual with Funko Pops, release dates vary slightly at each retailer, but you might be able to get all three in time for the holidays. You shouldn't wait too long to order, as these are already starting to sell out. The vinyl figures cost $12-$13 each, and preorders for all three are available now at Amazon, GameStop, and Entertainment Earth.

As of October 17, GameStop lists all three as releasing on December 21. Amazon will have two of them on December 16, though one of those is already sold out, and the third in January. Entertainment Earth is charging $1 less for each, but the delivery estimate for all three is January. So if you're looking to get the complete series as soon as possible, your best bet is to order from GameStop.

The Baldur's Gate 3 Funko Pop figures feature the characters' iconic outfits and accessories as seen in the game. Astarion brandishes a dagger just like on the box art, Shadowheart holds the mysterious artifact that plays a central role in her quest line, and Karlach wields a two-handed battle axe and comes with a miniature figure of her teddybear Clive.

If you don't normally buy Funko Pops, you may be wondering why one of the listings reads. "Astarion (or Chase)." No, this isn't a Funko Pop depiction of you, the heralded Chicken Chaser. Funko typically picks one figure in each collection and makes a smaller number of figures of that character with a modified design. Sometimes the alterations are dramatic, like a different color palette. In this case, Astarion swaps his dagger for a book. You have a one-in-six chance of getting Astarion's limited-edition Chase figure.

Considering Baldur's Gate 3 was the biggest game of 2023 and continues to be wildly popular, we suspect the trio of Funko Pop companions could sell out at all retailers before launch, so we recommend preordering them while they're still available. Amazon sold out of Shadowheart and Karlach within a few hours.
