Miraibo GO update adds welcome bug fixes and new Mira's Affinity mechanics
  • Bug fixes introduced across various areas
  • Boost your Mira's Affinity to grab rewards
  • Continuous updates to be expected

In response to a shaky launch for "Pal-like" Miraibo GO, Dreamcube has launched a slew of fixes to improve upon the monster-collecting survival title on iOS and Android. The official patch notes, in particular, have indicated some welcome changes to the way your team of monsters (or Miras) function in combat, as well as bug fixes and even a new mechanism called "Mira's Affinity".

In the latest update to Miraibo GO, you can look forward to keeping your in-team Miras upon meeting your untimely demise in combat, as opposed to dropping them when the title initially launched. Bug fixes include fixing issues with disappearing bosses, resetting mobile buildings, lost Attribute Points, and improvements to the Terminal.

As for the new mechanism, Mira's Affinity lets you boost your Affinity Level by capturing or hatching Miras, crafting partner items, levelling up Miras, promoting them at the Mira Training Center, or capturing the Glitter or Boss variant of a Mira. Promoting Affinity Levels rewards you with in-game goodies such as Diamonds and Avatars.

In my personal experience, I feel like Miraibo GO is a bit of a miss in its current state, especially with its lack of mobile optimisations. It's nice to know the devs are actively listening to player feedback and striving to improve upon all the issues brought up by the community though, so here's hoping the game shapes up to be a worthwhile one in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, if you're eager to join in on all the fun, you can do so by checking it out on Google Play and the App Store. It's a free-to-play title with in-app purchases.

You can also join the community of followers on the official Facebook page to stay updated on all the latest developments, visit the official website for more info, or take a little peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the title's vibes and visuals.
