Welcome back to Midgard
- Idle mechanics and low-key gameplay
- Classic jobs and fan-fave monsters
- Plenty of login bonuses up for grabs
In case you missed it, Gravity Interactive, Inc. has officially launched Midgard Heroes: Ragnarok Idle on iOS and Android in North America, inviting you to dive back into the colourful world of the popular IP. Fans of classic RO will find plenty of fresh discoveries across Midgard this time around, with low-key idle gameplay and a chibi-fied cast of characters.
In Midgard Heroes: Ragnarok Idle, you can look forward to experiencing the iconic Ragnarok Online franchise but with a more relaxed pace. There are more than fifty fan-fave bosses to take on as you build your squad from classic RO jobs. Controls are an intuitive portrait-mode affair, with over a hundred characters to choose from to help you on your quest.
Of course, given the idle nature of the title, there are tons of potions, loot chests, and skins up for grabs along with login rewards, especially during the launch. You can also take on other adventurers in PvP, as well as join guilds with your online pals to keep that spirit of community from the OG MMORPG alive.
The launch is a regional thing for now, but European players should be able to get their hands on this fresh experience later this year as well. For now, why not take a look at our list of the best Android MMOs?
In the meantime, if you're eager to join in on all the fun, you can do so by checking out Midgard Heroes: Ragnarok Idle on Google Play and the App Store. It's a free-to-play title with in-app purchases.
You can also join the community of followers on the official Discord page to stay updated on all the latest developments, visit the official website for more info, or take a little peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the title's vibes and visuals.
