We're in the big leagues now
- Fishing Clash is set to renew its sponsorship for Major League Fishing
- The sponsorship includes the official Angler of the Year award
- Not only that but fans can spot Fishing Clash on jerseys and being mentioned during broadcasts
Fishing is serious business! Why are you laughing? Well, you won't be laughing as Ten Square Games' Fishing Clash renews its partnership with Major League Fishing; and despite the somewhat silly name, this organisation is nothing to be sniffed at, since it brings together top anglers from all over the world! Now, Fishing Clash will continue to sponsor the prestigious Angler of the Year competition.
Yes, fishing really is serious business as the MLF's massive events and competitions demonstrate. The new deal means that fishing fans will spot Fishing Clash making appearances on angler's jerseys and across broadcasts as Ten Square Games' hit angling simulator is now the official sponsor of the prestigious Angler of the Year award.
And again, the Angler of the Year award may sound rather diminutive, but when you consider that the Bass Pro Tour Fishing Clash Angler of the Year can take home a whopping $100k prize, it really puts things in perspective.
Fish fear me
It's hard to really downplay this sponsorship deal as it makes perfect sense. Who else but avid fishing fans are the perfect audience for Fishing Clash? And given this is a renewal it demonstrates that Ten Square Games are clearly getting plenty of attention from it with their name being plastered across the awards.
But at the same time, I'm not sure just how well it's going to work for those fans who're outside of the US. I mean I didn't even realise pro-fishing was such a major event, but here we go you learn something new every day!
In any case,e there's a reason Fishing Clash is so popular. So if you're planning to jump in and give it a go why not take a moment to check out our recently updated list of Fishing Clash gift codes to give yourself a free boost before you play?
