Snow is falling, all around me...
- June's Journey is set to hold its latest event for the holidays
- Save Christmas on Orchid Island by nabbing hidden presents
- Send gifts to friends and grab some nifty new cosmetics too
Fans of hit hidden object June's Journey can really get into the Christmas spirit as the newest event brings a snowy makeover to Orchid Island. You can enjoy a whole new look for the island, and more. And what kind of festive-themed event would it be if you weren't saving Christmas while you're at it?
As part of the Save Christmas on Orchid Island campaign you'll explore the newly winterised island while recovering missing presents in order to unlock festive rewards (and save Christmas, of course). There's a new winter decoration set, an advent calendar for daily gifts and all kinds of other goodies.
But, it wouldn't be Christmas if you weren't exchanging gifts, and December will also come with the chance to offer a festive surprise as the Christmas gifting competition lets you exchange them with your friends! From cosmetics to various things to do, this is a jam-packed Xmas event.
December Journey(?)
As Wooga is all too eager to point out, if you want hidden objects, then June's Journey is practically the only game (pun intended) in town with over 60% of the market share captured. Having been going only since 2017 it's quite impressive that June's Journey has managed to do so well in such a relatively small span and time.
Part of that can most likely be attributed to the game's focus on some classic soap opera drama and storylines to keep fans coming back. But as for the event, there's not much else to say. Hop in during the holidays and nab nifty new cosmetics, while also getting the chance to spread just a little Christmas goodwill. You can't get more standard than that when it comes to Xmas events.
