Based on current skill leaks, she can provide different support effects for different characters from Amphoreus.

As a new character built up over a major version, Cyrene has a high probability of being a must-pull level powerful support. If you have ample Stellar Jade, it is strongly advised to reserve resources for her.

Hyacine

Hyacine is an exceptionally versatile support. She not only provides frequent healing for the entire team via her Skill and Ultimate, but her core mechanic is increasing the team’s Max HP.
