Five Nights TD is a Roblox tower defense title based on The House TD with units made from characters from the Five Nights at Freddie’s franchise. It isn’t endorsed by the creators of the series, but it continues to be one of the most popular TD titles on the platform, enjoying near-weekly updates for almost half a year now.

The Five Nights TD Discord has a channel dedicated to showcasing vetted Five Nights TD tier lists from other players. The one above is the first approved tier list for UPD 11, created by Discord user Toki.

We’ll update things above with a new tier list credited to its creator as soon as the Five Nights TD team decides on which new Season 4 tier list to approve.

Tiers are split across early, mid, and end-game activities and waves. That means S+ units that perform well in the early game challenges due to placement costs might not do well against late-wave enemies. Avoid pouring money into their upgrades.

Support units tend to suit any setup, with their typical money-generating or buff/debuff effects often helping make good units great. A balanced team should always have at least one Support unit.

What is the best Five Nights TD unit?

In terms of power and versatility, the Goliath Endo Freddy unit is still perhaps the best Five Nights TD unit. Originally released with an astronomical 50,000 placement cost and 0.1% drop chance, it’s since been increased to a 100,000 cost unit, which could hurt its ranking.

Goliath Endo Freddy is an incredibly powerful late-game AOE unit capable of smashing through large waves of enemies at speed. Placing even one in a round will likely require a team built around economy. Using multiple support and low-cost units in the early waves will be paramount to getting this guy out onto the field.
