The introductory price for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete ends tomorrow.

Released last month, Pocket Camp Complete replaces the previous free-to-play version of Pocket Camp, which was shut down on November 29, seven years after it initially launched.

The new version, available now on iOS and Android, has been available at an introductory price of $9.99 / £8.99 since its release on December 2.

However, as of January 31 at 1am ET / 6am GMT, the introductory price will end and the full price of $19.99 / £17.99 will apply.

Unlike its free-to-play predecessor, Pocket Camp Complete requires a one-off up-front payment and removes all the other monetisation that was present in Pocket Camp.

The Leaf Tickets premium currency and the monthly paid Pocket Camp Club subscription have been removed. Instead, players can earn Leaf Tokens through in-game play, and can now enable some features that were part of the Pocket Camp Club, such as walking around with a chosen animal.

Players can also now import custom designs from Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Switch. Players can create designs in the Switch game, then enter their Custom Design ID in the mobile game to carry the design over.

New events and items will be added to Pocket Camp Complete until at least September 2025, and events that have previously been held in the free-to-play version will be repeated again in Pocket Camp Complete over a four-year cycle, enabling players to obtain items and animals they may have missed in the past.
